The Wedding Management Package is for the couple who would like to be hands-on and have more access to their planning team. You will receive more communication prior to the 125 days via a messaging app with the team. This service has been designed to guide you through each aspect of the planning process and allow more collaboration where you have questions.

You will get everything in our Essential Package plus:​​​

  • Communication via messaging app starting the day that you book during business hours

  • Monthly Check-ins via our Planning Portal

  • Lead you to your Vendor Team, by providing a Tailored Recommended Vendor List (we base this off of your budget, vision, personality, etc.)

  • Travel support: Room Blocks + Honeymoon Planning

  • Wedding Day Team for up to 12 hours

  • Discount on rental items + Something Borrowed Closet

Design Package: This is a personalization to your Management Package

  • Wedding Design Direction + Inspiration to determine entire event scope

  • Conceptual Design Questionnaire

  • Wedding Inspiration with explanation of options + guidance on the decisions you need to make

  • 2D design mock-up options to discuss what the couple likes

  • 3D design within your venue space

  • Recommendations and guidance on rentals and design vendors

  • Access to our Something Borrowed Closet (consumable items are charged separately and for a nominal fee)

  • Designing of printed materials, event design, etc. (Cost of Materials is not included)

  • On-going exchange of Decor Ideas and details to evolve your vision

  • Setup + Strike

  • Over 100 Guests includes 2 additional team members (based on scope of event we may need to add on additional members for an additional fee)

  • 5 Zoom Calls - 60 mins each

  • Vendor Scoping - 3 vendors for each category to encompass vision and budget

  • Additional 3 months of planning time outside of the standard year

  • Expedite Planning is considered under 4 months until your wedding date

  • Payment distributions and management for vendors throughout the planning period

  • Picking up or delivering items - late night snacks, orders, etc.
